whilst in vietnam i walked into one of the snide cd shops like they have every were in se asia but this one was different ! this shop was techno heaven stuff ranging from bandula waveforms to advent ,i was n the the shop for ages listening to stuff i haven,t heard in ages i ordered many cd,s lovely!
when i returned i met the owner of the shop ,a lad from london !
looking at my cd ,s and hearing my accent he asked did you used to go to the orbit i smiled , best club i ever went to ,he said ! he was at leeds uni about ten years ago ! orbit arond the world !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
is tiptoe on this site ? and does anybody know spencer at basement trax cant get hold of him cheers monkey / p gallagher

@Monkey - mad story, nice one! I've tried to tell our lass what it used to be like n how we much we all buzzed every week/fortnight but she'll never understand. She int and never has been into techno or drug scene but its just annoying when a story pops into your head you get right excited tellin em about it and they just look at you like "get over it, it was just a club".
Anyway Tiptoe is registered on this site but not answering his email, don't know if he's got a computer at mo. I think he's comin to Global Gathering with us this weekend, any message?

yeh man know what you mean are lass is cool and went to the orbit a few times ,,but god knows what she really thinks when i attack people for not knowing about (proper ) techno ,or just jumping on the band wagon but not calling it techno ,like alot of clubs do in leeds,techno is still a dirty word to some , and it makes me laugh that when some dj drops a techno tune in the middle of a house /electro set !! the crowd love it ,mention this is techno then there head dosen,t register or they dont care
p.s just tell tiptoe i said hi and enjoy sims bayer at globel
